Yummy Food!

Recipe of the Week! ALRIGHT! So I have been a ROCKSTART about eating healthy and decided to try some mashed Cauliflower!
Came out pretty Awesome right??? Cut the Cauliflower into pieces ( Makes it easier to boil) 1.Bring Water to a Boil ( A few Pinches of Salt) 2. Boil for about 10 minutes 3. Place tender cauliflower in mixing bowl, add 1 TBS of butter, 1/4 Cup of sour cream, 1/4 cup of Mozzerella 4. Mash until you reach your desired consitency 5. Top with chopped fresh green onions ENJOY! Tell me how it works out for you!
